Delivery: Voice credits are normally added to the customer’s account immediately after successful payment confirmation. If an order requires manual review, delivery may take up to three business days.
Duration: Purchased credits are valid for 90 days from the purchase date unless a different period is shown before checkout.
Cancellation and refunds: Digital purchases are generally final after a credit has been used. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, certain unused purchases, and rights required by law are handled under the Refund Policy.
