Refund Policy

The conditions for refunds, duplicate charges, and service delivery issues.

Overview

Sayleaf sells digital voice credits that are added to an account after payment. Because digital access is supplied promptly, completed purchases are generally final once a credit has been used. This policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

When we will review a refund

Please contact us if any of the following applies:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment completed but the purchased credits were not delivered and we cannot restore them within a reasonable time.
  • An unauthorized purchase is reported promptly and can be verified.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Unused purchases

If no credit from a purchase has been used, you may contact us within seven days of payment. We will review the circumstances, payment status, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic, and processor fees already incurred may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

Items that are not normally refundable

  • Credits that have already been used.
  • Credits that expired after the stated 90-day validity period.
  • Dissatisfaction based only on personal voice preference where the service was delivered as described.
  • Inability to use the service caused by an unsupported device, local connectivity, or a breach of the Terms of Service.

How to request help

Email reiji208.st@gmail.com with the purchase date, amount, transaction reference, account email, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your complete card number. We aim to reply within three business days.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the card issuer and payment processor and is usually five to ten business days after processing.
