- Account details, such as an email address or account identifier.
- Purchase records, plan, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction reference. Complete card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Sayleaf.
- Text you submit and the related audio needed to provide the requested reading service.
- Technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, access time, error records, and security events.
- Messages and information you choose to include in support requests.
3. Why we use information
- To provide readings, saved audio, accounts, and purchased credits.
- To process and confirm payments and prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
- To answer support requests and resolve technical problems.
- To maintain reliability, measure service performance, and protect the service from misuse.
- To meet legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-handling obligations.
4. Legal basis and sharing

Operational copies of submitted text and audio are retained only as needed to provide the service, support retrieval, maintain backups, or resolve a reported problem, after which they are deleted or de-identified in line with our operational schedule.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International processing
